Layer with an Oreo base filled with Sencha infused cream, and a luscious layer of melted matcha soft meringue. Our handmade toasted milk nougat is well mixed with  freeze dried berries, cranberries and  almond flakes, are crushed on top before lightly torched. For a savoury touch, we added crispy seaweed strips and a sprinkle of sea salt, and decorate with our own made marshmallow. We dusted the tart with  Japanese green tea powder for the finishing.
